IN Nevada, an Alcohol Awareness Card is required for:

Waiters and Waitresses
Bartenders & Cocktail Servers
Food Servers
Pool and Cabana Hosts
Security Personnel
Convenience Store Clerks, Cashiers and Stockers
Grocery Store Clerks, Cashiers and Stockers
Casino Hosts and Butlers

Nevada law, NRS 369.600 – 369.635, states that you must have a valid Alcohol Education Card issued by a certified school if your job duties include serving or selling alcohol. AES is a certified school by the Nevada Commission On Postsecondary Education for Alcohol Beverage Certification.

An Alcohol Awareness Card is valid for four years from the date of issue.
